arioch	12:39a	Holy Crap If you like World War 2 you should see the movie Defiance. Its a true story about Jews in Belarussia that fought back. Really long movie, but I liked it more than Schindler's List and would put it up there with Saving Private Ryan since it is amazing. A perfect combination of fighting / surviving / and drama to make it interesting the entire time. So if you are looking for a movie to watch, trust me, Defiance is awesome. Like holy crap awesome. arioch	4:04p	Best Christmas card ever Andrea, I don't know if you still use livejournal but if so, I decided to use that Christmas card you sent us as my icon which; I haven't changed in over a year. I would post a bigger picture of it, but I don't want people stealing it since I love it a lot. Anyway, that is really cool, thanks for taking the time to do that. arioch	2:40a	Run run as fast as you can, you'll never escape me, I'm the Mexy catching man. Remember when I wasn't sure if I would get to 104 apprehensions this year? Yeah, well tonight I caught 18 Mexys. Including my largest group ever with a grand total of 9. Whats up now Mexico? No seriously, whats up now? I also did more running than I have ever done at any job in my entire life. It will be a small victory for me if I am able to get out of bed without some type of hoist pulley system tomorrow. Its nice to be at a job where if someone said "Tell me something crazy that has happened at your job. I wouldn't have to think back a couple of years, or even months. If you want to see something sort of amazing regarding my job, check this out: http://www.cnn.com/video/#/video/crime/2009/12/12/ac.mexico.drug.tunnels.cnn Anderson Cooper talking about an incomplete drug tunnel they found going under where I work. Dude, they had an entire fucking bathroom on a hydraulic lift so when you walk into the warehouse you think, oh its just a bathroom and then, WHAMMY, drug tunnel entrance. Its like, are they drug smugglers, or Batman? Also, my girlfriend loves Anderson Cooper. Also, here is a video of two of my co-workers catching some criminals back in 2007. They found an Ak-47 in there truck afterwards and when the one guy gets hit with an ATV... a gun flies out of his waistband. Additionally, you can hear the police laughing in the helicopter because they can't believe we were able to catch them like that. (2 Comments |Comment on this)
errlwayne	6:19a	it's late and i don't have much energy for this but so far, it's been a great birthday. work went great and afterward, we went to get coney island. i had a hot fudge sundae which was on the house because it was my birthday. they played the birthday song on the juke box and clapped their hands and held a little bic lighter over my icecream and told me to blow it out and make a wish. i was so tickled. it's awesome that last year i was at an emotinal rock bottom and this year, i feel a little more free, like there's a lot to expect this year and things will be better. arioch	3:07a	104! 104! Yep, that's right. As of two days ago I have officially reached my self assigned goal of catching 104 Mexys in the year 2009. This means as of now I have caught 2 Mexys a week for the entire year. There will be no parades, or trophies, or awards, or speeches. But in my head, it is an incredible achievement and makes me happy because its the first time where I've actually felt like what I did at work had some type of impact on the world. And that's kind of cool. Additionally, I will probably catch a few more before the year ends but even if I don't, I'm happy. And that's nice too. (7 Comments |Comment on this)
